We're builders, not hostage negotiators.

Right now, yes.  That's the first platform we built for because it's the biggest.  

As these amazing numbers come in, we are rapidly expanding.  Square and quotes by hand are next up.

Our eyes are also set on Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan, but we don't have ETAs on those yet.  If you use those platforms instead, and are still interested in HeroicQuote, please fill out a form to get on our launch list.

Because we'd rather do this right than do it fast.

During the Founding Launch, we want direct access to every business using the platform. That means faster support, quicker improvements, and actual conversations with real contractors.

If we let hundreds of businesses in at once, we'd lose that ability.

That's why we're limiting participation to just 10 contractors per industry.

That's certainly the goal.

The entire reason HeroicQuote exists is because most contractors lose jobs simply due to inconsistent follow-up. Homeowners get busy. People forget. Life happens.

Our expectation is that you'll close more jobs than you would have otherwise. So far, we've yet to see a business go backwards when consistent follow-up is introduced.

We currently expect beta to run approximately 3–6 months.

During that time, you'll have full access to the platform while our team actively improves it based on real-world usage.

Think of it as getting access while the paint is still drying. The core functionality is there, but we'll be making improvements quickly and frequently.

Once we launch publicly, your account will just roll over.  You won't have to do anything.  You probably won't even notice.

We're still finalizing exact numbers.

The biggest variable right now is the future cost of AI processing and infrastructure. We don't want to promise a specific percentage before we know what our costs will be.

What we can promise is this:

The discount will be meaningful.

Not one of those "save 3% if you squint" discounts.

Founding Members are helping us build something special, and we intend to reward that loyalty for as long as you remain a customer.

We will never offer a discount, sale, or bundle that will get future customers anywhere close to what you'll be grandfathered in at.

Then you cancel.

HeroicQuote doesn't require you to rebuild your business, retrain your employees, switch CRMs, or reinvent your process.

If you decide it isn't for you, you simply stop using it and go back to what you were doing before.

There's no complicated offboarding or anything.  We don't make it annoying to cancel (we certainly don't make you call anyone!).

The worst-case scenario is that you try a new tool, decide it isn't a fit, and move on.

You connect us to your QuickBooks and answer a few questions about your business, and that's it.  We keep you in the loop the entire time, giving you constant reassurance that we're running in the background. You do LESS work!

Well, it depends on where you are.  We are advertising locally first (though location doesn't actually matter).  HeroicQuote is being built by a team based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

We're not outsourcing support overseas, and we're not a venture-backed startup with anonymous founders. We're real people building software for real businesses based on decades of real experience.

Every member of our team is based in the United States.

Small to mid-sized service businesses that regularly send estimates via QuickBooks Online.

If your business depends on winning quotes, proposals, estimates, inspections, or consultations, you're probably a good fit.

We're especially excited to work with contractors who know they're occasionally leaving money on the table simply because there aren't enough hours in the day to follow up consistently.

We're actually much more interested in your (anonymous) data and your usage logs, honestly.  

We may occasionally ask:

"What do you like?"

"What annoys you?"

"What would make this better?"

That's about it.

We are excited for any feature requests or bug reports you submit, but there are no requirements.  Any surveys we send out are totally optional. You could literally never talk to us for the entire time you're a client.

Our goal isn't to trick anyone (but we probably will).

Our goal is to provide timely, helpful, professional communication that reflects your business.

Most homeowners simply care that someone responds, answers questions, and follows up consistently.  Most aren't aware they're communicating with AI.  We've done a ridiculous amount of AI-agent training to make these interactions natural and human sounding.  

That's what HeroicQuote is designed to do.

Not during your exclusive Founding Launch period (unless they got in super early like you), but HeroicQuote is intended to serve contractors across many industries.

The good news is: HeroicQuote isn't a lead source. It doesn't give your competitors access to your customers, pricing, estimates, or business information.

Our goal is to make onboarding simple enough that you don't need to block off half your day or schedule a week of training sessions.

We'll guide you through setup and help make sure everything is working properly before you begin.

After that, HeroicQuote should quietly get to work in the background.

One of the biggest design goals behind HeroicQuote is reducing workload, not creating it.

If your office staff can check email and send a text message, they're already qualified for most of what they'll need to do.

We're building HeroicQuote for busy contractors, not software engineers.

Then you're exactly the type of person we think about when designing the product.

We don't want HeroicQuote to require a manual, certification program, or a dedicated employee just to operate it.

Our goal is for the software to feel obvious, simple, and useful.

If something requires a 45-minute training video, we've probably built it wrong.

HeroicQuote is designed to work alongside your existing process (sending estimates via QuickBooks Online), not replace it.

Keep doing what you're doing. Keep using the software you're already comfortable with.

We're simply trying to help more of those quotes turn into revenue.

One of the biggest advantages of being part of the Founding Launch is direct access to the people building the product.

You won't be routed through five departments and three support tickets.

During beta, you'll have access to the team responsible for making decisions and implementing improvements.

We're not sure yet (mostly due to our continued stress testing).  But our pricing will be published and transparent.

We are expecting the lowest tier to be in the $200-range, and the team tier to be in the $400-range, but that's subject to change depending on overhead.

Founding Members will receive discounted pricing compared to future public customers, and we'll always be upfront about costs.

We 'use' your data to make sure our software does what we want it to do.  We do not collect your data to sell or share with others in any way.

We use industry-standard security practices and take data protection seriously because, frankly, we'd expect nothing less from software handling our own business information.

HeroicQuote isn't trying to replace great employees. In fact, our very first beta tester was someone whose job was solely to follow-up with quotes.  Their feedback was invaluable (and "glowing" with praise).  We made their job way easier and they absolutely knocked it out of the park.
