That's certainly the goal. The entire reason Heroic Quote exists is because most contractors lose jobs simply due to inconsistent follow-up. Homeowners get busy. People forget. Life happens. Our expectation is that you'll close more jobs than you would have otherwise. So far, we've yet to see a business go backwards when consistent follow-up is introduced.

We're still finalizing exact numbers. The biggest variable right now is the future cost of AI processing and infrastructure. We don't want to promise a specific percentage before we know what our costs will be.

What we can promise is this: The discount will be meaningful. Not one of those "save 3% if you squint" discounts. Founding Members are helping us build something special, and we intend to reward that loyalty for as long as you remain a customer.

We will never offer a discount, sale, or bundle that will get future customers anywhere close to what you'll be grandfathered in at.

Honestly? Very little. Our trial period and 90-day money-back guarantee is very generous. The worst-case scenario is that you try a new tool, decide it isn't a fit, and move on. The best-case scenario is that it starts winning jobs you would have otherwise lost and you do considerably less work to make it happen. We like those odds.

No.  And that's the purpose. We're in the business of making you money while saving you time! Heroic Quote is specifically designed to reduce follow-up work, not create it. You connect us to your QuickBooks and answer a few questions about your business, and that's it.  We keep you in the loop the entire time, giving you constant reassurance that we're running in the background. You do LESS work!

Very little.  As in, not much more than 'here's your login'. One of the biggest design goals behind Heroic Quote is reducing workload, not creating it. If your office staff can check email and send a text message, they're already qualified for most of what they'll need to do.

No. In fact, we'd prefer you didn't. Heroic Quote is designed to work alongside your existing process (sending estimates via QuickBooks Online), not replace it. Keep doing what you're doing. Keep using the software you're already comfortable with. We're simply trying to help more of those quotes turn into revenue.

Absolutely not. Joining the Founding Launch simply reserves your place in line. There are no contracts, no commitments, no surprise charges, and no awkward conversations if you decide it's not for you. When your spot becomes available, we'll reach out, show you exactly what Heroic Quote can do, and you can decide if it makes sense for your business. We're builders, not hostage negotiators.

Right now, yes. That's the first platform we built for because it's the biggest. As these amazing numbers come in, we are rapidly expanding.  Square and quotes by hand are next up. We are looking to hook to all the other major trade CRMs in the near future.  If you get on our launch list and use something other than QuickBooks, we will inform you as soon as it's ready.

Because we'd rather do this right than do it fast. During the Founding Launch, we want direct access to every business using the platform. That means faster support, quicker improvements, and actual conversations with real contractors. If we let hundreds of businesses in at once, we'd lose that ability. That's why we're limiting participation to just 10 contractors per industry.

We currently expect beta to run for approximately 3–6 months. During that time, you'll have full access to the platform while our team actively improves it based on real-world usage. Think of it as getting access while the paint is still drying. The core functionality is there, but we'll be making improvements quickly and frequently. Once we launch publicly, your account will just roll over.  You won't have to do anything.  You probably won't even notice.

Our goal isn't to trick anyone (but we probably will). Our goal is to provide timely, helpful, professional communication that reflects your business.

Most homeowners simply care that someone responds, answers questions, and follows up consistently.  Most aren't aware they're communicating with AI.  We've done a ridiculous amount of AI-agent training to make these interactions natural and human sounding.

Then you're exactly the type of person we think about when designing the product. We don't want Heroic Quote to require a manual, certification program, or a dedicated employee just to operate it. Our goal is for the software to feel obvious, simple, and useful. If something requires a 45-minute training video, we've probably built it wrong.

We're not sure yet (mostly due to our continued stress testing).  But our pricing will be published and transparent. We expect the lowest tier to be in the $200-$300 range and the team tier in the $400-$500 range, but that's subject to change depending on overhead. Founding Members will receive discounted pricing compared to future public customers, and we'll always be upfront about costs.

No. That's one of the first things we worried about too. Nobody wants to become "that company" sending daily messages at 6:00 AM. Heroic Quote is designed around thoughtful, professional follow-up. The goal isn't more messages; it's higher-converting, well-timed messages.

Yes. Protecting customer information isn't optional. We 'use' your data to make sure our software does what we want it to do.  We do not collect your data to sell or share with others in any way. We use industry-standard security practices and take data protection seriously because, frankly, we'd expect nothing less from software handling our own business information.
